Kelsie Zelizney - Front Office Administrator
Kelsie comes to Strategic Financial Concepts from Vancouver Island and is our first point of contact in the office. She greets clients when entering our office or calling by telephone. Kelsie’s responsibilities include appointment scheduling and maintaining updated client information to keep our office operations at peak efficiency. By preparing for initial meetings, retirement consultations, and portfolio reviews, Kelsie ensures that our advisors are organized and well prepared. Kelsie is also involved in the organization of our many client functions and special events.
